REFUND POLICY
Returns
We hope you love your order as much as we do, but if for some reason there is an issue, we will accept returns on unused full-price items purchased from pochejewelry.com within 14 days of receipt on US and International Orders. To initiate a return, please contact natalie@aroundjewellery.com with your order number, reason for return to get Return form and returns shipping address.
Pack your order in original Poche package and sent it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense. Let us know the tracking number. It’s necessary to proceed to return.
Upon receiving the returned product(s) from you, we will process any refunds due to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, excluding the cost of our delivery and your cost of returning the product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount you paid less the delivery fees. POCHE is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping fee and VAT
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at natalie@aroundjewellery.com
