WARRANTY AND CARE

We provide a 2-year warranty for all our jewelry. Please contact our support to find out how you can use this service.

Warranty does not cover chains and its elements, screw locks as well as mechanical damages of gemstones.

Around pieces are designed to share your life experiences with you: all the joyful, exciting, moving, and difficult moments to remember. That is why life leaves traces on your Jewelry as well. This is completely normal.
Scratches and metal discoloration can appear as a result of your lifestyle and the shape of a piece: for example, flat parts are more likely to be scratched. Avoid contact with hard materials to preserve the finish (steel, stone, hard plastics, sand). Remove your Jewelry before exercising, swimming, going to the sauna, lifting weights, or cleaning your home. We recommend storing your pieces in our signature fabric bag, or in a box in a dark and dry place.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR JEWELRY AT HOME

Step 1. Mix together some liquid soap, 34 drops of 3% ammonia solution (available in pharmacies), add some warm water.
Step 2. Let the piece soak in this solution for 5 minutes.
Step 3. Using a brush or a soft toothbrush, clean the piece, paying attention to the space under the gemstones.
Step 4. Rinse the piece with water and wipe dry with a clean soft cloth. Don’t use paper: it can leave scratches.

Silver
Sterling silver oxidises naturally by contacting with air, liquids, and skin sebum. Use a polishing cloth to bring the original silver shade. If the oxidation is too strong, wet the polishing cloth with a silver cleaning solution and wipe the discoloured parts. Don’t soak the pieces in the silver cleaning solution: this can damage parts made of other materials, e.g., pearls, gemstones, enamel, etc. After cleaning, rinse your Jewelry with water to remove the remaining cleaner.

Rhodium plating
Rhodium is a rare hard and chemically inert noble silvery-white metal from the platinum group. We use rhodium plating on all our silver and 14k gold pieces to keep them looking like new.
Rhodium plating protects silver from oxidation. With time, the plating can wear off, and silver begins oxidising. This is normal. White gold isn’t naturally white, but rather greyish-gold. Traditionally, all white gold Jewelry is rhodium-plated to add beautiful cool-shaded shine.

Gold plating
A coat of gold applied on sterling silver. Its top layer tarnishes naturally (you’ll see silver underneath). We can’t say how long the vermeil will last: this depends on which body part you wear the piece on and how often.

Gemstones and pearls
We use natural gemstones, unless stated otherwise. A shock can break them, even diamonds, so please remove your Jewelry before exercising or doing hard physical work. Take your earrings off before going to bed

All existing fastenings can damage skin behind your earlobe. Wipe your earrings’ fastenings from time to time with alcohol wipes and pay attention to the skin condition behind the earlobe.
